Overview: Keney Park Sustainability is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and lead the implementation of sustainable projects within Keney Park and its surrounding communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about environmental conservation, community engagement, and possess strong project management skills.

Supervision: The Project Manager will report to the Executive Director of Keney Park Sustainability.


  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement project plans for various sustainability initiatives.
    • Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with local community members, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
    • Foster positive relationships to enhance community involvement in sustainability projects.
  3. Resource Management:
    • Manage project resources effectively, including budgets, materials, and human resources.
    • Identify and secure additional funding sources through grants and partnerships.
  4. Monitoring and Evaluation:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and regularly assess progress.
    • Prepare and present reports on project outcomes to stakeholders and donors.
  5. Environmental Impact Assessment:
    • Conduct assessments to measure the environmental impact of sustainability projects.
    • Propose and implement strategies to enhance positive environmental outcomes.


  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in the field of environmental sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising strategies.

Pay rate: $55,000
